What is the difference between Calm Focus, High Gear and Sleep Easy?

Is saffron included in all formulas?
No. Saffron is included in High Gear and Sleep Easy only. Calm Focus does not contain saffron.

Why is mangosteen used as the foundation?

What is liposomal delivery?

Why does High Gear contain saffron?
High Gear includes Organic Saffron 33mg as part of its saffron, spice and recovery layer, to support mood, composure and healthy brain function during high-output windows.
Why does Sleep Easy contain saffron?
Sleep Easy includes Organic Saffron 15mg to add a mood and composure layer that supports sleep quality and overnight recovery.
Does Calm Focus contain saffron?
No. Calm Focus does not contain saffron.

Use and safety
How do I take Golden Synergy?
Each formula is a 10g daily serve, mixed into yogurt. High Gear and Calm Focus suit the daytime; Sleep Easy is taken in the evening.
Why is it mixed with yogurt instead of water?
Several of the active compounds are fat-friendly, so taking the serve with yogurt provides dietary fat that suits them, and makes the daily serve easy and pleasant to take.
Who should check with a healthcare practitioner before using it?
