Most blends treat exotic fruits as marketing — a sprinkle on top of a generic base. Golden Synergy starts from the opposite direction. Mangosteen is the structural centre of each formula, and the rest of the system is built around it.

Mangosteen rind is unusually rich in xanthones, a family of plant polyphenols studied for their antioxidant activity. Treating mangosteen as the foundation lets every other ingredient — the amino acids, the mitochondrial support, the saffron and spice layer — sit on top of a consistent polyphenol base rather than competing with it.

Each form of mangosteen does a different job, which is why Golden Synergy uses all three rather than picking one.

• Full-spectrum mangosteen powder. The whole-fruit form, retaining the broad mix of naturally occurring compounds rather than isolating a single fraction.
• Mangosteen Extract (20% xanthones). A concentrated rind extract standardised to 20% xanthones, so the most-studied polyphenol fraction is delivered at a meaningful, consistent level in every serve.
• Custom liposomal mangosteen. Xanthones encapsulated in a phospholipid liposome — a delivery step designed to help the body take up these fat-friendly compounds. You can read how liposomal delivery is used across the range.

Mangosteen forms the polyphenol layer that the rest of the formula architecture is organised around: mitochondrial support, nervous system support, an antioxidant recovery loop, and — in High Gear and Sleep Easy — a saffron and spice layer.
